Insert the plug, turn the knob gradually, back it away and recheck the gap to account for electrode rebound. Avoid forcing the screw against the plug because it may damage the coating. The kit includes the gap tool, gauge and gloves in red, blue or black; it does not fit 18 mm, long-reach or short-reach plugs.
