Wall-Mounted Retractable Mesh Baby and Pet Gate in 34 or 42-Inch Heights and Widths to 96 Inches – Cideny
Wall-Mounted Retractable Mesh Baby and Pet Gate in 34 or 42-Inch Heights and Widths to 96 Inches – Cideny
Wall-mounted retractable baby and pet gate pulls a mesh barrier across wide openings and rolls away when the passage needs to be clear. Cideny offers 34-inch and 42-inch heights with maximum widths of 55, 76 or 96 inches. The design has no bottom crossbar, reducing a fixed threshold in the walkway, and its adult double lock can be operated with one hand.
This gate requires wall-mounted brackets and the correct hardware for the mounting surface. The lower bracket position is listed at 6.5 inches above the floor to help clear some baseboards, but trim shapes and wall materials vary. Measure opening width, baseboard projection and mounting height before selecting a variant. Available colors include White, Gray, Beige and Black, and only the 34 by 55-inch options explicitly labeled 2Pack include two gates. Keep the mesh tensioned and locked during use, test every bracket before each session and never step over or climb the extended barrier. For stair installations, follow the complete manual and confirm the product and mounting surface are approved for the exact location.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Cideny options contain two gates?
Only the 34-inch-tall by 55-inch-wide variants whose option name says 2Pack contain two gates.
Does the retractable gate have a bottom rail?
No. The mesh spans the opening without a fixed lower crossbar, though users must still avoid the side hardware and extended barrier.
Will the 6.5-inch bracket position clear every baseboard?
No. Baseboard depth and shape vary, so measure the trim and confirm the bracket can mount securely before ordering.
Can this gate be installed at any stair location?
Not automatically. Follow the supplied manual and confirm that the exact product, hardware and mounting surfaces are approved for that position.
