Its non-handed construction works on compatible left- or right-handed wood and metal screen or storm doors from 5/8 inch to 1-1/4 inches thick. The inside latch uses 1-3/4-inch mounting-hole spacing. The spring-loaded strike is 7/8 inch wide by 2-5/8 inches high with a 1-1/8-inch hole center, and the outside post measures 2-7/16 inches for trimming as needed. The inside night lock prevents the outside handle from opening the door when engaged. Recorded color variants are aluminum, black, and white, so match the finish by exact SKU.
