Pattern NamePutty Stick

A steel-reinforced epoxy putty stick repairs and rebuilds compatible metal parts with a hand-mixable two-part formula. Knead the 2 oz stick until the components blend evenly, then mold the dark-gray putty into gaps, worn areas, cracks, or missing shapes on iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, bronze, and other supported surfaces.

The putty sets in 3–5 minutes and cures in about one hour, after which it can be shaped, sanded, drilled, tapped, machined, filed, ground, or painted. Its listed 900 psi lap-shear strength, non-rusting formulation, temperature resistance, and resistance to petroleum and hydraulic fluids support demanding repairs after full cure. NSF certification allows contact with potable water when used as directed.
