These whole-house water filter cartridges combine PP cotton sediment filtration with natural coconut-shell activated carbon. The 5-micron ICEPURE PP10BB-CC design reduces particles, sediment, rust, limescale, chlorine, taste, and odor in tap-water applications while fitting compatible standard 10-by-4.5-inch housings.

The selected package contains two PP-cotton and activated-carbon cartridges. Each filter is rated for up to 30,000 gallons and is recommended for replacement every three to six months based on water quality. It is intended for tap water; untreated well water may contain large particles that clog this cartridge sooner and reduce expected performance.
