Each hand grows from three cards to 13, with the matching number becoming wild for that round, so players balance luck with timing as they arrange combinations, go out first, and limit the points left in hand.

The detailed PlayMonster Five Crowns Family Edition includes paper cards and a rulebook for one to seven players ages eight and older. After 11 rounds, the lowest score wins.
