20V MAX XR 1/2-Inch Brushless Cordless Hammer Drill with Three Speeds and Anti-Rotation System

A hammer drill with a half-inch chuck supplies the grip and control needed for large-diameter drilling in wood, metal and concrete. The DEWALT DCD1007B uses a 20V MAX XR brushless system, three-speed all-metal transmission and rated maximum brake torque of 2100 in-lb.

The anti-rotation system senses excessive tool movement during a bind-up and shuts the drill down to help the user maintain control. A half-inch ratcheting nitro-carburized metal chuck with carbide inserts supports bit retention, while a pivoting three-position push-button LED illuminates dim work areas. The tool is Tool Connect chip ready, with the tracking chip sold separately. It measures 15.5 by 4 by 8.5 inches and the product field lists a five-pound weight. Model DCD1007B is sold as a bare tool, so battery, charger, bits and Tool Connect chip are not included.
