Standard Adult is intended for users taller than 5 feet 3 inches, while shorter users are directed to Youth; the standard version is not for braces. Follow the molding directions exactly, inspect the guard before each use and replace it after damage or material breakdown. Night-use suitability applies only to a separately designated version, not every sports variant.
