Horse Hair Polish and Detangler with Silk Proteins and Pro-Vitamins in 4 Spray, Refill and Bulk Options – ShowSheen

Horse hair polish and detangler smooths manes, tails and coats while adding shine and helping reduce tangles during grooming. Absorbine ShowSheen uses silk proteins and pro-vitamins in an unscented liquid that coats hair strands, reduces static and helps burrs or stubborn debris release with less pulling.

Choose a 32-fluid-ounce spray bottle, 32-fluid-ounce refill without sprayer, twelve-pack of 32-ounce refills or 128-fluid-ounce refill. The documented 32-ounce spray bottle measures about ten by 3.25 by 3.25 inches. The source reports a 40 percent reduction in hair breakage under its test conditions and lists use on horses, cattle, dogs, llamas, pigs, camels, goats, alpacas and sheep. Follow the package directions for the chosen animal and grooming task. Apply to mane and tail for detangling and use on the coat only where appropriate. Avoid the saddle area because a polished surface can affect tack grip, and keep spray away from eyes, nostrils, mouth, wounds and slippery walking surfaces. A refill variant does not include a sprayer, so transfer only to a clean, correctly labeled compatible container. Brush gently from the ends upward and stop if the animal shows skin irritation. Store sealed and upright.
