A door reinforcement lock adds an interior barrier designed to resist up to 800 pounds of force, strengthening a suitable inward-opening door against kick-ins. AceMining makes the compact lock from sturdy alloy and includes long and short screws so the installer can select hardware that fits the door frame.

Open the lock from inside by pinching the top and bottom grooves, pulling sideways and swinging it away from the door; reverse the motion to secure it. A high-quality spring supports quick release in an emergency. Choose White, Silver or Black in the recorded one-, two- or four-pack combinations. Installation uses a drill with a 1/8-inch bit and can take about five minutes. This lock does not fit French double doors, garage doors, outward-opening doors, gaps under 0.07 inch or misaligned frames, so check the door before ordering.
